Great course, fair greens

I only played the back nine holes, but they were in excellent condition, and the greens were nicely undulating and fair in terms of speed and condition. The duck droppings were occasionally a bit of a nuisance, but communication was flawless and quick, and the lady at reception was very friendly!

The fairly flat place is surrounded by pure nature.
Streams, reeds, small lakes and forests characterise the surroundings and make the fairways narrow from time to time. The bunker sand is perfect, but the bunkers themselves are unfortunately too shallow and too harmless. Fairways good.
The greens are beautifully undulating... but they are not greens!!! It is more like a closely cut lawn. The balls travel accordingly slowly and there is a lot of bouncing. Proper putting is a thing of the past. With a green fee of €65, such "greens" are not acceptable.
The 19th hole was surprisingly good, the catering options were well above the Dutch average.
Ultimately, it is the 19th that brings the place just over the 2-star limit.
