5 stars hotel with a great golf course, not too difficult but neither too easy, well kept even if in summer suffers a bit.
One thing to improve, though, are the rentals: too old and incomplete sets that definitely need an upgrade.
Reasonable prices, especially for hotel guests.

The championship course is to Mains at the JW Marriott hotel chain, located about 15 minutes from the airport and was designed by Peter Harradine and opened in 2001.
The course with its narrow fairways, bunkers and tricky applied partially applied in the middle of fairway water hazards (streams, lakes and bridges) is to play entertaining. On 14 of 18 holes, water comes into play. Even the look of the course is an eye-catcher: Colorful desert flowers interspersed with palm trees, bunkers and fairways from class. Fast, long greens also call out low handicapper. 2010 found the "Egyptian Open the Challenge Tour" with guest star Rory McIlroy held here.
The slightly hilly course with some deductions makes the valley, and is fun for single handicappers and beginners. Spectacular is the 15th Hole, a long par 5 fairway with trees on one side and water on the opposite side, which extends up to the green.
Who lives at the JW Marriott can look at breakfast on the golf course and watch the first golfer already very early in the morning on the round.
It is advisable to book at least 5 days in advance. The place is open for day visitors and tourists groups 7-18 clock.
In addition to the 18-hole championship course, the facility has still a 9-hole Academy Course. The club was awarded the MENA Platinum Award in the category Best Club in the Middle East & Africa.
