Characteristics
Located on the scenic Kirsebærholmen peninsula, Holbæk Golfklub offers a historic golfing experience dating back to 1964. The 18-hole course (Par 70), originally designed by Frederik Dreyer and expanded by Jan Sederholm, blends classic seaside elements with parkland features. While the terrain is relatively flat, the layout is technically demanding due to coastal winds from the Holbæk Fjord, strategic bunkers, and several lakes. The course is a haven for birdlife and offers excellent practice facilities, a simulator, and dining at Restaurant Albatros.

I played this course because my dog was allowed to come along. Could only play 9 holes because my dog is a bit frail.
Conclusion: Very friendly staff, 9-hole green fee exactly 50% of the full Gf, which is not a matter of course. Nice well-kept place, good greens.
