We played the course on 10/27/2022.
Fairways were in pristine condition, the lanes were varied.
Unfortunately, a third of the greens - due to the maintenance - were equipped with a lot of sand, which prevented tracking and the same speed on all greens.
The bunkers were also unplayable due to the previous day's rain. Maybe a rake in the morning would have been good...
We also had bad luck that the weeds on lanes 15-17 were torn out and left lying in front of the greens. This meant that if the ball was played too short, you had to look for it between "molehills". We would like to play the course again in good condition if it were to happen again.

Played the course on 08/10/2022. The course was in very good condition, unfortunately there is a lot of construction work going on along the course on the numerous private property facilities that are being built. Place is long but rather easy to play.
The clubhouse including the shop is mini and the "restaurant" is just a bar.
The service is courteous, but unfortunately only available around the driving range. Unfortunately, no drinks were available on the round.

We played the course on December 29,2021, both fairways and greens were in very good condition. While the purple-yellow painted carts are already making you want to gamble and the service on the round is okay, many unfinished construction sites around the fairways cloud the golf adventure day. Without the "all around" the rating would be more like 4 - 5, so the green fee of 175 USD is definitely overpriced.

The very beautiful course in Nicklaus design impresses with very good course maintenance and beautiful fairways, but unfortunately has small defects.

Great designed course, carpet fairways, beautiful and well-defended greens, some of which are heavily undulating.
The holes 4,9, 10,17 and 18 are very nice.
