Characteristics
Situated in the heart of the spectacular High Coast World Heritage site, Härnösands Golfklubb is known as the small club with a big heart. Founded in 1958 as the region's oldest club, the 18-hole course on Vägnön Island features a mix of parkland and forest terrain designed by Nils Sköld and Jeremy Turner. The layout embraces the dramatic natural surroundings, offering a peaceful yet challenging round. With caravan parking situated directly near the first tee and a welcoming restaurant, it is an ideal stop for touring golfers.

The kiosk is open 24/7 during the season, but hot dogs and warm sandwiches are only available from 09:00-21:00. The kiosk is located to the right of the restaurant at hole 13's tee. The clubhouse is always open for a break even when the restaurant is closed.

Beginner courses start as soon as the course is free of snow and dry, usually mid-May, and continue as long as there is interest. Courses are held in groups (max 8 participants) or individually.
