Characteristics
Located just north of Skien at Jønnevald, Grenland & Omegn Golfklubb presents a scenic hybrid of parkland and forest golf. Designed by Jan Sederholm and Tor Eia, the 18-hole championship course (Par 72) opened in 1994 and offers a varied challenge through changing terrain. Golfers encounter both open fairways and tighter wooded sections that require strategic placement. The facility is well-equipped with extensive practice areas, including a long driving range and dedicated short-game zones, alongside a modern clubhouse featuring a pro shop and café.
