Ok place with water and ditches

Has 18-hole south course and 9-hole north course. South course flat course. Lots of ditches and water hazards. Lanes surrounded by trees.
Greens very bad. Bald spots. Very bumpy.
Good holes #12, long par 5 and #18 par 5.
Space not too difficult.
Very modern clubhouse.
Large training area.
