The place is slightly hilly / wavy. many lanes are (very) wide, it can take a lot of scattering - it's not too difficult for most people.

The course itself was comfortable to play, forgiving many a "runaway" and not really challenging. However, one club member told me that in the summer the currently short mown roughs would be uncomfortably high and the place then a bit more unpleasant to play. The most beautiful track for me was the long 17 with the guarded by the water green and magnificent panorama of the Alps in the background (as in the cover photo on this page).
But the highlight awaits the golfer after the round: A new, very modern, tasteful clubhouse with an attractive restaurant. The kitchen is not cheap, but first class! A new operator has taken over the golf course and has invested in the entire system (is also rare nowadays). The clubhouse was enlarged and modernized. The fairway 17 is certainly the flagship of this property and offers in good weather a great view of the Zugspitze and Alpspitze.
The driving range is achieved (rather inconvenient as distance to the clubhouse and Loch1) through a tunnel under the main road and now has grass tees (formerly only tee mats were available).
The fairways offer plenty of space and are rather broad in scope, which in some way of playing is an advantage. Nevertheless some balls from the other fairways flying around again and it is rarely called "FORE".
The fairways and greens are all in very good condition. Away from the fairways you can run into problems if the roughs are mowed (much Clover balls disappear!). On the fairways there are some water hazards and habitats. The latter still hold but some golfers not on whether, in here looking for their balls and run without feeling guilty by the habitats.
The greens are rather simple, hardly ondoliert and slowly and hardly defended properly by bunkers. The bunkers themselves are rather only "knee-high", all have far too little sand, so you always feel the stones under the sand at impact (to the delight of the bat). When it rains (which this year happens often) the bunkers are partly "flooded" and not playable (to the delight of many players).
