The golf course in Weitra is definitely one of the most beautiful in Lower Austria and there is a lot of competition. The course maintenance is also very good, a little hint about the sanded greens would have been nice. Organization and price-performance ratio are also great. The fifth star falls victim to gastronomy and should be an incentive: The Hotel Hausschachen with its bathing pond and its chic and pleasant ambience is almost unparalleled. Then why do you gamble away with a poor gastronomic offer? The weakness is clearly in the kitchen, long waiting times with a very poor selection and also a lack of offers at breakfast because the cook is not there. In the process, the employees shatter themselves. Please touch up, that was much better last year!

Played this course for the first time on August 24th and it was just a wonderful experience!
Starts with the registration in the secretariat where you will be welcomed very friendly.
The place well maintained, fairways perfect, greens very nice and exciting.
Tricky place where every fairway has a surprise in store!
The view of the castle from the square is just fantastic!
The first nine fairways are characterized by large differences in height, with some blind strokes! Very exciting!!
The final meal in the restaurant is the crowning glory of a beautiful day of golf! Will definitely come again!
