Don't drive by if you're nearby

If you visited the Urweltmuseum Holzmaden like we did, then the 9-hole course in the immediate vicinity is ideal. Very friendly reception in the Secretariat, you feel welcome as a guest, well-kept facility (practice facilities, fairways, greens) in top condition. Point of criticism: From some greens to the next tee you have to go back and the following flight has to wait until you are out of the danger zone. Ambience: The clubhouse is modern and up to date, there is nothing to complain about. Gastronomy Italian and highly recommended. All day drinks. Restaurant lunch 12:00 - 1:30 p.m., evenings from 5:30 p.m.
Member of the Albrecht Golf, you can easily hit the saved money in the pub on the head. PS: we did.

Nice little golf course

We have played 2 x 18 holes here in the last few weeks. The tracks are varied, in very good condition and overall rather shorter. There is no par 5 and the longest run is just 350 m long. The shortest par 3 is 84 m long. The challenges lie in the narrow lanes that require precise play. And as a highlight at the end there is an island green on hole 9.
Those who are used to large, long championship courses will not get their money's worth here. But if you can't play the really great lengths, you have a variety of opportunities to improve your iron game. In addition, the office always gave us friendly information about everything worth knowing and during our rounds the people on the square were very friendly and relaxed; just like we like to play golf. Only the price level is unfortunately a bit higher than we are used to from our place. Up to Euro 60 daily green fee on the weekend is a whopping 50% more than on our comparable 9-hole course that we play regularly. Unfortunately, that will prevent us from playing here more often.

Very nice people

Very friendly front desk, no tee times and a spontaneous invitation to play with nice partners although it was very busy on the holiday. positive!
Place:
Good greens, 8 normal world rides and a pretty 9 with island green.
A short journey break is worth, but not more
2 stars since only 9 holes, otherwise it would be three

Perfect for iron's game

Originally golf is here announced. No posh, no frills. But the friendliness therefore should nevertheless not be saved. This is much better!

The tracks are relatively short, perfect to refine the iron game. The island green at level 9 is very nice, and after the round, you can sit on the terrace beautiful - with a great view of the escarpment.

Very relaxed, if not exciting. It is not a place that remains in one's memory!

Entertaining

I have played the place this morning. The Secretariat is closed on Mondays. Green fees are available on the basis of trust via throw-tray. A friendly assistance of a member was promptly followed and so it went quickly on the web.

At first glance quite simple and unspectacular but partly because it is narrow, he had it then but in itself. Exclusively Par3 and Par 4, the response string together. Short walking distances, almost level but quite varied.
All in all a very entertaining place in a very good condition. Friendly Mitgolfer as far as the eye could see. In any case, an alternative for the "fast lap" or - if you play it twice - even for a leisurely morning.

At any time gladly again.

A feel-good investment!

Friday afternoon, "stop and go" on the A8 at Aichelberglifte (Whit travel). Short, he looks at Albrecht after the next golf course - and, alas, only 5.6 kilometers away is yes... a right turn signal and went with little expectation discovered 9-hole course - and started the remaining trip to a magnificent golf evening! !

They were very entertaining hours on a flat, relatively unspectacular obstacle course, but the one underestimates quickly. Tight flanked by tall grass fairways demand accurate play and partly undulating greens make the golf round but then demanding than first thought. Highlight is the beautiful island of Green lane 9 - gorgeous! The condition of tee boxes, fairways as well as greens is absolutely top (compliments to the / the Green Keeper!), The signs are exemplary.

The clubhouse is rather plain, has something of the campsite and will not fit all the time - but a spacious new building should be planned already, as well as a space extension. All the people that night were super nice and you can feel very comfortable there in a family atmosphere.

4 stars with much conviction!

It's polite!

Cute short space, well maintained and relatively easy to play. However, the club emphasizes brisk game and calls it a much. Since players do with PE heavy.

Small but mighty!

A 9-hole course with fairways relatively short (par 3 +4), which require the golfer because they run very narrow. Even on the large, well-known golf courses the fairway / green is rarely as neat as on this place.
The people there are very friendly and helpful. The office is not open all day, but you can pay the green fee in a separate compartment and safe deposit
