Characteristics
This very demanding course is situated in the middle of the beautiful landscape of the Bergisches Land and offers the player unhoped-for views on the rural surrounding area. The first nine holes are hilly, the seond nine even. On the 18 holes there is an altitude difference of about 100 metres. Several greens have to be played blindly because of their sloping position. After the game the renovated castle set on a lake is at the disposal of the guests and serves as a nice clubhouse.

The Schloss Georghausen Golf Club offers an exceptional golfing experience amidst idyllic natural surroundings. The superbly maintained course impresses with its varied layout and scenic beauty. The upper nine holes run through a typical hilly landscape with magnificent views and challenging fairways. The lower nine are flatter but no less charming—ideal for rounding out the round.
The variety is particularly attractive: the regularly changing flag positions ensure that even repeat rounds remain exciting. The fairways challenge golfers of all abilities – with long drives, tactical shorts, water hazards, and well-placed bunkers.
Sustainability is a top priority: Robotic lawnmowers maintain the fairways – a modern and environmentally friendly approach. The office and pro shop offer friendly, personal service.
