A place with ups and downs

We played the course for the second time (2023 and now). Just like last year, the first nine holes were very good and challenging. Although here too you have to look for balls as soon as you miss the fairway (even just barely, as the first cut is already very long and has a lot of clover).
As soon as the back nine begins, things get ugly. The fairways start to get unkempt, the grass is much too long, not to mention the first cut. There are daisies everywhere, which only gets better from hole 14 onwards.
Some holes (on the whole course) require good course management, either laying up or being able to hit long enough. Despite this, the course remains fair and varied. The holes are partly divided by moats and there are enough trees, water and bunkers.
The staff is very friendly and the clubhouse is very attractive. The prices are moderate. The terrace is large and offers a view of the 18th green, the 1st tee and the 10th from the middle of the fairway to the green.
The training area is OK, driving range with a few targets, pitch and chip area is separated from the putting area. There are enough parking spaces, everything is easy to find. The sat nav also leads you to the course, although depending on which direction you are coming from, the route through the village is not always necessary, as there are no signs to the course.
The three stars are only given for tracks 10-13, as they were in the same condition in both years.
