Located near the historic fortified city of Brielle, Golfclub Kleiburg offers a golfing experience defined by fascinating contrasts. Established in 1974 as the Netherlands' first public course, it was significantly modernized by architect Bruno Steensels. The 18-hole championship course takes players on a journey through varied landscapes, blending sheltered parkland sections with open, wind-swept inland-links holes. The backdrop is truly unique: serene views of the Brielse Meer lake alternate with dramatic panoramas of the Europoort’s industry and wind turbines. Water hazards and dikes add technical depth to the game. The clubhouse features a welcoming restaurant with a terrace, perfect for observing play on the first hole.
