Characteristics
This course is situated on a terrain of 160 acres comprised of fields of woodlands in the typical landscape of the Oldenburg Geest area. The entire golf terrain is framed by the edge of the woods and features high hedgerows, coppices, and a stream. Three big ponds also serving as a water supply lend a scenic and pleasant character to the course, which was designed according to international standards.

Friendly golf course (3.5 stars)

The golf course dates back to the golf boom in Germany, i.e., the late 1990s. Holger Rengsdorf's design is consistently fair, though not particularly spectacular. The first five holes wind along the edge of the forest; holes four and five even pass through a small wooded area. After that, the terrain opens up. Several holes share a similar character.
What remains in memory is the good state of maintenance, good training facilities, the very friendly team in the secretariat, and the flexible catering in the tastefully furnished clubhouse with delicious food.
Anyone who appreciates a well-maintained, fair golf course in a pleasant atmosphere will certainly not be disappointed here.

Played on a run-of-the-mill course on our return trip to the North. Well-maintained, semi-rough too long, greens a bit slow, and unfortunately full of pitch marks... it could be better. Friendly staff in the golf office, older but clean restrooms, and an overall relaxed atmosphere at the course.
Unfortunately, the food at the Heuerhaus has declined significantly. Small portions of mediocre convenience food, and completely overpriced. We'll be going elsewhere in the future. It's a shame, because the sunny terrace is very nice...

Over the last few years we have been there several times with our motorhome.
Everything fits together perfectly here.
There are 4 designated pitches for mobile homes including the option of electricity connection.
The layout of the golf course is top-notch, with challenging courses alternating with wide, easy-to-play courses, so that the fun of the game is maintained throughout. As a guest, you always take home a nice memory of a good round of golf.
