The golf course München Riem has only 9 holes, of which 6 are in a racecourse and 3 outside. But it certainly offers advantages, such as the extreme proximity to the city (at noon 15 minutes from Schwabing), the very fair prices (28 euros in the early afternoon during the week) and uncomplicated, nice staff.
