Situated not far from the Gut Lohne, this golf course is set up on level terrain and framed by an old deciduous forest. The fairways mainly have a high yardage and are surrounded by dense, natural roughs. Challenging course, but with some shortcomings

Flat course, the first part goes through wooded area.
Some of the tracks are narrow. Lots of dog legs.
Located near the A7 motorway, you can often hear the noise of the motorway. And also some airplanes from the nearby Langenhagen Airport.
A challenging course, not easy to play. Dense rough.
Well-defended greens, numerous bunkers.
Hole #6, a par 3, is very good.
Fairways and greens were in poor condition in October.

The course is a challenge for players with long shots due to the relatively small greens and lush trees.
In winter it is a bit muddy, some holes are really wet. But the new drainage has made the place much better, and the maintenance of the place is first class.
