I can only agree 100% with the prescriber, the place is beautiful and quiet, with a great view, but it didn't deserve more than 3 stars.
It begins with a drivable, downhill par 4.266 m long, but the next 3 holes are nothing special.
Fairways are more reminiscent of a steppe landscape, extremely hard and the grass is yellow, but the greens are well watered. We let greens go through, but hard bunkers, course maintenance - well!
Information signs or signs about the individual fairways are not available, therefore a guessing game for a newcomer.
In particular, hole 8 is a non-hole, without knowledge of the place the ball is in nowhere or in the red obstacle. Teeing off with an iron is advisable.
For a 9 hole course with a length of 2,757 m, at par 35, the course is also rated as difficult.

The tracks 1 and 5-9 I like the design quite well. 2-4 are three par 3 in a row, that was not successful. Hole 3 and 4 are also very similar, almost identical length, each narrow green. The way from 4 to 5 I found only with the GPS map.
The condition was different. The greens really good, if a bit slow, the fairways partially burned, some stood 15 cm long stalks around. The teas were sometimes quite nice, but sometimes not mown for too long.
The location really has potential. If you could gain some space and make a par 4 out of 2 or 3, for example, it would be a nice place. The fairway maintenance is probably not much more in the absence of fairway irrigation system.
So there are just three stars (closer to 2 than to 4).
