Fantastic golf course with a value for money!

I played 18 holes at this course just yesterday for the first time and I was really impressed with pretty much everything. The fairways, bunkers and greens were manicured to perfection. The restaurant and entrance to the clubhouse was pretty good as well.

The golf course had some elevated tee boxes and some holes had spectacular views. I was really impressed with this course all in all and will will argue that it is the nicest golf course near Vienna.

Well maintained

This summer has demanded a lot from the Greenkeepers everywhere, how time-consuming it must have been to present such a well-maintained place on the gravelly underground of the area. Everywhere full green, the greens, although freshly sanded, but still absolutely fine. Chapeau! Also otherwise: Nice Sekreatriat, very good and friendly catering, friendly marshal, good management. The course itself is not a real golf challenge but never boring. If, for example, you played Enzesfeld or Adamstal the day before, it will heal your wounds... You can scorch really well if the wind is not excessive - if it blows violently, the place becomes poisonous.
The prices can be justified with the care and the environment and are not exaggerated, if not cheap. And as a small top on top: Ground squirrels populate the square and cheer up the frustrated after a failed stroke golfers with their cute behavior...

Quite nice place

The place is pleasant to play in both summer and winter, as the forest and trees provide protection from both the wind and the scorching sun. But you have little scenic viewpoints. It is quite flat except for one or two slopes.
For my feeling, it is not difficult to play here, usually the fairways are easy to see and predict. The bunkers are de facto harmless, as the sand is rather hard.

The restaurant is excellent, you will find seasonal dishes, nicely prepared.

Unfortunately, the tea time with the many groups that are here and play regularly, plastered. In addition, many tournaments are organized. It is a good idea to plan and reserve your game. Just play a round because it just fits - that's a bit risky.
Green fee prices in the higher level - measured by the landscape offer.

Beautiful Place

Beautiful, well-kept place with fast greens, for 5 stars it is not enough because of the missing "Aha" effect.
Although there are beautiful, level playing tracks, but no outstanding Superloch.
Landscape does not create very much and therefore no 5 stars.

Will play the place again, because a beautiful Parklandcourse!

Very nice facility

The course is a Parkland Cours in a beautiful, hilly area. The holes are mostly flat, some hilly holes bring variety, as water hazards. The place is always fair, landing zones are also identify when playing the course for the first time. It plays in a straight line in a pleasant way.

The condition around the greens was really great. Unfortunately, the fairways and roughs Semi could not quite keep up (irregular dense growth, irregular cutting height), but this could be due to the onset of winter a few days ago. but it was annoying that work was carried out around the sprinklers and there is no ground has been marked under repair.

but that could not spoil the beautiful day of golf.

Prices are at the upper limit. It is almost as expensive as eg Adamstal, Schönborn or Himberg and you can not keep up after all.

Overall, a borderline between four and five stars. The gut feeling is just five.

Top course with few weaknesses

The whole place makes a very good impression. The holes are flat but varied, always comes into play water. The conversion has been good and the layout improved again. The haircuts are like the fairways well maintained, well off the fairways fits all. Range, putting green, short game area at its best. The greens are undulating and on certain holes a real challenge. Despite good book everything is proceeding apace, there is no waiting. The course plays fairly long from the back tees and is a real challenge to the Par5 and the few shorter Par4 have to score points. The Par3 are tricky.
Also restaurant and Secretariat can convince all very friendly, the service attentive, the prices moderate, the quality is very good.
Criticisms are merely the bunker, the sand is very coarse and strong and the greens, the traces of intensive recorded (tournaments?) Show. The green fee is at the upper limit.
All in all, a great day of golf and a better cleaning is guaranteed.

A perfect golf day

I played the course even after the various conversions both before. The newly built holes have again improved the place. The care and the layout of the place is perfect. Good game will be rewarded and punished bad shots immediately. That's how it should be.

Particularly noteworthy are the excellent practice facilities for me. I know a few clubs where you can practice virtually the entire range of the golf game.

The excellent restaurant completes a great day of golf. The only drawback: With the conversion, the green fees are significantly decreased in height.

Golf: Beautifully landscaped space. Time slightly narrower holes through the forest, sometimes wider fairways that invite you to attack. A few nice elevated tees, then lead their tracks apparently by former gravel pits.

Place Condition: Very good. Only the bunker were rock hard - there is potential for improvement.

Conclusion: All in all, a very fair price, which conceals no hidden surprises. The various holes remain in memory - worth playing at all events.

Top-ranked

As a frequent player of various places (500) I take the liberty here to give a judgment.
Top-care condition, very fast greens.
Long hitters will get their money.
No course fairway alike.
