In a mountainous valley directly at the foot of the Engelberg's majestic local mountain Titlis this course was integrated in the mostly natural landscape. The course continues old traditions since there already used to be a 9-hole-course in the Gerschnialp in the twenties. The course, which was expanded to 18 holes in 2004, is situated evenly and poses a challenge for golfers of all levels.

It is a truly impressive experience. The course is mostly flat and very easy to run on. The individual holes are varied but also challenging. The atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. One of the most beautiful courses I have ever played.

The golf course is beautifully embedded in this fabulous mountain backdrop. Alpine conditions, but fairly flat.
Unfortunately, the greens are too slow, but the course is otherwise well maintained and there are varied holes, including streams, smaller watercourses and rivulets, which have nothing to beat in terms of charm. A treat that is worth it.
Unfortunately, at the end, on holes 14/15, the Marshall took us out of this romance with his completely unnecessary instructions and spoiled the game. In a very unfriendly and short-tempered manner, he blamed us for the slight delay in time (it was also very hot) and a total misjudgment that we should speed up because the rear flight would approach us. The fact was that the gap was never less than two holes throughout the entire game. A completely unnecessary intervention that massively hindered our game. Even in the conversation afterwards he showed no understanding and stubbornly persisted in his untenable and unfriendly objections.
It's a shame there's so much stubbornness in such a beautiful place.

Played the course with three friends during a long dry spell. The reception is courteous and helpful. The clubhouse with cloakrooms, etc. very well maintained. The whole complex blends in wonderfully with the landscape. The fairways are interesting and sometimes challenging. Many holes require an accurate drive to keep the ball in play. The greens were a bit slow but also well maintained. Not to be forgotten is the restaurant with courteous service. The food is of good quality and the prices are reasonable. A game in Engelberg is recommended.
