A beautiful autumn golf day

We played the course three times during a short vacation. The course was still in excellent condition for the end of October. The fairways are varied and offer a challenge for every skill level. The fairways are very open, and ball losses are very rare. The greens were well-maintained and challenging. The signage at all tees provides information about the fairways, as well as historical and tourist information. Special thanks to the reception desk for the warm welcome. Guests are offered a coffee upon arrival. We'd go again!

A golf course we, as campervan drivers, couldn't imagine anything better. Even if the perfectly adequate pitch doesn't offer such a beautiful view, the super-friendly and professional reception at the reception desk more than makes up for it. We immediately felt very comfortable. The park-like golf course was in fantastic condition, and while perhaps not so difficult at first glance, some of the holes were quite challenging. Great golf course with heart & vision

Our visit to Eisenach Golf Club in the Wartburg district was a real highlight! From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm atmosphere – even though the restaurant was closed that day, we were treated to a very friendly and excellent halfway meal. A real compliment to the entire team!
The course itself is in first-class condition: lush, wide fairways, perfectly maintained, and true greens that are challenging but fair to play. Particularly impressive was the magnificent distant view of Wartburg Castle – a panorama you won't soon forget.
We also loved the information boards at each tee, which not only showed the layout of the course but also provided exciting information about the region – a great idea with added value!
A special thank you goes to Silvia and Francesco, who spontaneously and warmly welcomed us into their flight from the 10th green onwards.
Conclusion: A young course with a lot of character, excellent care and a lot of heart.
Highly recommended – we will definitely be back!
