Golf with pleasure, challenge and relaxation

A successful day of golf on a very nice and good place. Less water and no killer bunkers annoy the golfer, but trees and unloved rough in between, which is nevertheless so well maintained that a nice game is guaranteed on this course. Inclines, slopes, well-kept fairways and greens in perfect condition make the game challenging but also interesting and beautiful. I've only played the course for the first time, but I can still recommend it for the normal amateur golfer and the second and third time it will probably only get really exciting when you know where the dangers lie.
On the edge of the fairways, one or the other spectator is also waiting: goats, sheep and so on. And the sound of the wind turbines is barely audible and not disturbing at all.

Cheaper than other clubs, nice atmosphere among members, OK for beginner golfers... but...
but... space conditions, ie maintenance very poor, greens -in comparison- poorly playable, fairways largely hilly and not nice to look at / like a mini-rough!, narrow, unkempt trees and no "well-kept" roughs (balls can be found -off the slopes- can be largely forgotten), huts and access roads neglected, when it rains the many fairways are quickly closed (no drainage?).
It could be a nice place ... (just look at other places), if you change something with your heart and mind. There are golf clubs that cost a little more a year, but they are in much better shape and the "trimmings" are also of higher quality.
It's a shame... the price / performance ratio doesn't really fit...
