as alwas in life, there is one downside: the imminent proximity to the airport. airplanes pass the golfcourse extremely dose by. evidently, the noise is substantial. in my opinion, this circumstance was not considered in price-policy. the management would do well to reconsider the high cost of green fees, given the fact that twice a minute a well-struck 9-iron could hit one of the airliners.
however, if one is capable of blocking out the horrific noise, this is definitely the best choice on the island. a true players course.

Elevated 1st tee sets you up for a challenging round, long and hard need to be able to hit your driver on to the fairways otherwise you are in for a very long day.
The course encourages you to try to hit long, beware tricky hazards that catch you out, and very fast greens.
Club house, views, facility, all fantastic very close to the airport but not a distraction.

Every year... I play a round of golf in SonGual, and every time it's a joy and a pleasure to tee off on this challenging course peppered with huge bunkers and several water hazards. And no, the planes landing don't really bother you.
As always, the reception was super friendly and nice.
ProShop small but nice. Practice facilities good/ok but not at the level of TGolf Calvia. Condition as always good to very good - but not yet top - there is still something that can be done ;-)
Design technically a masterpiece, long, up, down, doglegs in both directions, large greens with multiple levels.
