Nestled in a valley in the southern Black Forest, at the foot of the Belchen, the Panorama Golfanlage Schönau impresses every player with a wonderful panoramic view of the Black Forest mountains as a reward for mastering the 9 holes.
The golf course, founded in 1995, is harmoniously adapted to the landscape; Well-tended fairways along a torrent, biotopes, bunkers and a small lake offer the player a lot of variety and sporting challenge.
The fairways are designed in such a way that you can play in any weather and the fog-free location allows golfing until the beginning of winter or the frosty season.

A very friendly welcome from the staff and owners. We felt welcome, even with our motorhome. Everything was very friendly and built on trust.
Some of the fairways are difficult to see, so it is highly recommended to check the course and flag position on the map beforehand.

It is more for the very ambitious who are very good at walking. I definitely didn't do myself a favor with my multiple outer ligament tears in the ankle joint, paid for 18 holes and stopped after 9 holes - but as I said, it was too much of a slope for me personally.
Otherwise, the maximum was brought out of the conditions, short, demanding par 3 and 4 holes. Hole 5 could be described as a signature hole, a par 4 that has washed itself, I haven't lost any balls in a long time, but there were 3 lost balls.
