Not the top course in the region, but okay. The greens are rather slow, but otherwise fine; the fairway maintenance could be better. Water comes into play from the 9th hole onwards, making the holes more challenging.
Not particularly challenging, but playable for a pleasant round. The atmosphere could be a bit more polished and appealing. The paths between the holes are somewhat long and can be confusing.
