Characteristics
Not far from the German border, golf course architect Christopher Städler designed the 18-holes championship course. It was created from the monotonuous “moon land“ of a former brown coal mine. The slightly undulated ground of the course is suggestive of a typical atmosphere of a Scottish links - large greens, deep bunkers, wide fairways and wind.

Best club in the border region

Excellent condition and incredibly varied to play. We had our best round here compared to the other clubs in the border region. You can tell they maintain a very high standard on the greens and fairways. Despite the extremely dry summer and a few rainy days in autumn, everything was perfect. Quite unlike Franzensbad.
We also thought it was great that the course can be easily managed from all tees and for all skill levels, and that everyone has fun.

A beautiful, varied golf course. Fairways and greens are in good condition. However, it can be quite steep in places. Using a hand trolley in temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius can definitely make you sweat.
Contrary to other reviews: the shower was completely new, including towels and hairdryer.
