"The 9-hole course ""Kronplatz"" of the GC PUSTERTAL is situated beautifully at the foot of the skiing mountain of the same name in Reischach. The 9 holes were planned gently and with consideration for the ecology by architekt Alvise Rossi Fioravanti and tour pro Baldovino Dassù and are situated partly in hilly terrain, partly in wetlands and partly in the forest, wherein the attractivity of the technically demanding course lays. The american shapers Brian Jorgensen and Dan Kain are responible for the dramatic shaping. The course were built with USGA specs and the greens are in Penn A4. An expansion to 18 holes is planned."

We visited your golf course on September 9,2024 and were unfortunately extremely disappointed with the course conditions we found and the service we received.
Your golf course is in the mountains and is therefore very hilly, with some steep and undulating fairways. The fairways are mostly wide. Unfortunately, the fairways were so wet that we could have used flippers. This made playing a real nuisance for us golfers. After just the third fairway, our shoes were completely soaked, the balls didn't roll but got stuck in the green, and the water in the bunkers was sometimes 10-20 cm deep. In addition, the greens were infected with fungus and therefore very spotty and unpleasant to play on.
At the office, we were not informed about the condition of the course before the start of our round. If we had been informed about this in advance, we would not have played - at other courses you are informed in such cases. In addition, the e-trolleys were outdated and did not have functioning brakes, which further reduced the comfort of playing in the mountains.
When I complained the following day - the office was already closed when we returned on the day of the game - I only received a curt "Sorry, that's how it is, come visit us again". I consider that an inappropriate reaction to a legitimate complaint. Under the circumstances, we would never have paid €47.00 per person for 9 holes and €12.00 for a non-functioning e-trolley. A customer-friendly reaction, such as a free game, would certainly have helped to keep us as green fee players for your club.
