Expensive and Negative Envoronment

My experience was mixed. I enjoyed the course and scenery, but it is expensive for 9 holes, and it is overrun with frustrated grumpy old women. (I am a 51 year old woman). When we tried to start playing on a Tuesday at 16:20, a few women standing around told us we must wait for the women’s club to arrive. When we paid, we were told the women’s team started at 17:00. However, they start to gather much earlier, and try and block anyone who wants to start. When I played over the weekend, I had a discussion with two women who work in the office. they were rude and unfriendly. I play golf for fresh air, exercise and relaxation. It is difficult to play a good game with the negative environment.

The Bad Herrenalb 9-hole course is beautifully embedded in the northern foothills of the Black Forest! After only 3 holes, it becomes clear that Dr. Bernhard von Limburger has also left a small masterpiece in the Black Forest! To build the one easy to walk place in such a wooded hill area is great design art!
Three par 3 don't bother even on only 9 holes. Of course, the tracks are a bit tricky and the course has to be played tactically. The course was in good condition and the Black Forest course is a dream in the evening sun!

Yesterday I played a 9-hole round with a friend (beginner, member of the GC Bad Herrenalb).
First of all: A CART is worth tons of gold on this place! ;-) Or you are tough when you are on foot ;-)
My experiences:
Registration: Uncomplicated and cordial :-) GF 30 € / WE is SUPER!
Driving range: kept a bit "compact" ;-) You hit slightly uphill, so the strokes seem shorter... BIG PLUS: Water dispenser on the DR (COOLED WATER)!
Place: Condition of care was good (whoever expected velvet fairways will be disappointed ;-) Greens were sanded and therefore slow( but was mentioned on Club HP). Paths between the lanes are short, tee-offs always seemed small to me, but there are always different tee-offs you should play 18-hole to change the course a bit).
Space character: Parkland light, and HÜGEL HÜGEL HÜGEL, SLOPE SLOPE SLOPE :-)
Beginners and high handicaps (I experienced it yesterday) are very demanding!
Highlights for me were hole 5 and hole 8 (increased tees and hit the valley, at hole 5 there was also a FW with 2 different high levels and a plateau green). "Water shy" have it easy here, apart from 2 streams and a small pond at the 5 there is NO.
Gastronomy: Freshly renovated with a new tenant, the menu is therefore rather clear, but VERY delicious food at not overpriced prices :-)
Conclusion: I liked it :-) If you want to play challenging golf and want to challenge yourself when it comes to precision, you should go for a round at the GC Bad Herrenalb.
