Beautiful, Challenging Course, Excellent Dining Experience

My husband and I played this parkland course in July 2014. The course is in beautiful condition, with the restaurant looking onto the practice area and the course. The balls are already on the practice, and there are caddies available. There seems to be 3 water hazards and the course is technically very challenging with quite a few bunkers and trees. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant after and they had a good wine list. Overall a very enjoyable round of golf and a friendly sporty atmosphere in the club. All age groups were playing on the course and english and french spoken everywhere. Highly recommend it.

Excellent Course - testing design

We played the course today - it is a great test of golf and a must play course in Switzerland. Its as hard as the best of them, the service at the club house is great and the course is just a superb test of golf.

Great parkland

The club is exclusive but not pretentious - the dress codes are almost relentlessly British. The course is a grandiose parkland with an exciting up & down layout, great greens, well maintained. The place is quiet in the countryside without street noise. Not very easy but fair if you don't want too much. *** for international *** for Switzerland. For us top 3 in Switzerland.

Nice gesture from the club never seen before

We booked the start time well in advance last Tuesday. The place is officially only open from March 18th. Daily checking of the snow situation on the webcam did not suggest anything good, as everything was still white until 2 days before the start time. The place is at 850m! In the friendly secretariat they were a little unsure what to do with 2 guests and let us play. We should stop by again after the round to pay. Which of course we did. The President and the Secretariat have decided that we do not have to pay any fee!!! The 100 year old course has attractive lanes that are lined with many trees. The first nine are slightly hilly, the back nine has a few holes with greater differences in altitude. But everything can be done on foot. We liked the layout and we'll be back. An additional star for a nice touch. PS: we made a donation to the junior fund.

Arrogance and hubris

In a golf club in the past should belong.
First, the golf course was to be found because of various poorly signposted diversion itself with Navi hardly. Then we wanted to drink before the game starts and the prospect of changing rooms nor coffee on the terrace club. There, my wife was still dressed in Armani Jeans made out that jeans are not allowed here and we have to leave the restaurant terrace in rüdestem tone. This behavior towards an unsuspecting guest players is completely unacceptable. Of course, we do not play in jeans on the course.

Great Golfing Experience

We played the course in September for the first time: 1A!

The staff at the reception is friendly, efficient and professional. The price of CHF 120 - for the green fee is - in terms of performance and quality of the place - more than fine: balls on the driving range and a hand truck for hauling were included.

The place is well maintained and we really like. He is demanding and varied. The greens were in excellent condition and demanding. The club house is very elegant and well maintained. The food at the club restaurant has very good to us.

Top 10 in Switzerland

Probably one of the most beautiful golf courses in Switzerland!

Hilly course with old (and especially a lot) trees. Fantastic Location - beautiful club house with excellent cuisine.

Condition: the best!

Maintained and challenging

This course is challenging and very well maintained. Instead of a rough the game is made more difficult under the trees.

Park at its finest

Who is not afraid to play between thousands of trees and otherwise parks is one of his favorite places, this place will soon heave (very good maintenance condition!) Three times on the podium of the most beautiful plants. A must!
