Characteristics
Founded in 1973, the GC has its home, since 1980, in Dippelshof. The 9 holes are very varied, not always even, but always offer magnificent views on the Burg Frankenstein and the Berg Street. The golfer is often confronted by sloping positions that demand concentration, especially when playing the greens. Besides it there are pools, water courses and a large wetland biotope, which issues difficulties in getting a good score.

Our visit to this golf club was consistently positive, from the pleasant phone call the day before to the very friendly reception in the office to the round itself. Each hole on this course has its own character (and its own challenges); there isn't a single one that could be considered "filler."
The course is quite hilly, which we could feel in our legs after 18 holes. The greens and bunkers were in good condition, the fairways less so, but we were allowed to improve on the bare patches. The members we came into contact with were consistently friendly; you could practically feel the pride they took in the course and the club. The course can be described as very fair, as you had to stray quite a bit from the right path to run into trouble with the rough. We had no problems with the signage.
We will definitely come back!

For a quick round. Nature takes center stage here, and the refreshing, sometimes quirky design is sure to bring a smile to your face. The beautiful par 3 holes are almost all downhill, with holes 3 and 7 mostly facing the wind, which is where things get challenging.
Good greens, friendly welcome and the Italian restaurant in the clubhouse is top notch.
