Great place BUT very weak reception

I played at the Castrop-Rauxel Golf Club last week and I must say I was shocked by the reception I received at such a great club.
They had no desire to serve me, and I only received inappropriate comments from Mr. S. regarding payment by card.
The course did not disappoint me and I would be happy to come back to play there again, but unfortunately it leaves a certain aftertaste.
