Enjoyable Round
4.0 of 5 starsReviewed February 21, 2016
I played Bellosguardo 19 Feb 2016, green fee was 30 euro and 5 for the trolley hire, which I thought was very good value.
The course is set out over 9 very undulating holes, with some holes having alternative tee positions for the second 9.
Fairways are generous and not too much in the way of hazards excepting greenside bunkers; there is some water on the course but with a bit of course management it can be taken out of play.
Playing it in winter it was wet under foot with a stiff wind blowing, so its 6028m felt like it, the par 5 14th at 500m felt like 600m into the wind!
I'd play this course again.

Played there today. Payed for 18 holes, 40euros.
But it was to hot to play.
I received 15 euros back and payed and played for 9 holes.
Excellent service.
Great cource. Enjoyed it like last year.
Fast greens, nice fairways.
Can recommend it for all handicappers.
Excellent Golfcourse

Golfing at Bellosguardo has been a very pleasant experience. It started with a very friendly reception. The 9 hole course on two hillsides offered a beautifull panoramic view. On a number of holes there were different tees for the two rounds, changing them from par 4 to par 5 or the other way around. The course was challenging, due to the long distances and the hilly terrain. Despite the dry weather, the fairways were nicely green, The course is well maintained and has beautiful greens.
After our round we had an excellent lunch on the terrace of the clubhouse on top of the hill overlooking the entire golfcourse.
We returned after two days to play again and to enjoy the restaurant.

The price/performance ratio is right here

Super friendly reception. 2 green fees for 9 holes and 1 cart = 85 €. Towels for showering included. Despite the prevailing lack of water, the place is in good condition. It's really fun to play this course. But the best comes at the end. Great restaurant with a wonderful view, friendly and helpful staff and excellent cuisine.

Space is totally fine for the green fee
4.0 of 5 starsReviewed September 30, 2021
Have paid via Albrecht Voucher. Two green fees for 50 euros. Staff was very friendly. Very nice clubhouse with a great view. Place was okay and in good condition. Would play the course again. The 2 rounds are provided with different discounts, which makes the score more interesting. All good for the price.

Golf course good, green fee reduction not accepted. Service in the clubhouse not available
2.0 of 5 starsReviewed September 9, 2021
The golf course is still good. The greenkeepers are busy. The pro shop has everything a man needs. The Albrecht coupon was not accepted. After the round we wanted to have a drink and something to eat. The service staff completely ignored us.

Dear Mr Björn, first of all thank you for your review, it's always nice to have somebody that take his spare time to give us a feedback!
I'm sorry that your experience in Bellosguardo did not reflect your expectations, we always try to give our best to make golfers feel good, obviously we do not always succeed.
Sincerely we don't remember anyone who, on September 9th, asked to take advantage of the Albrecht coupon, also because we would have had no reason to refuse it.
I hope you would like to visit us in the future, all the best.

5.0 of 5 starsReviewed April 26, 2018
The place is in very good condition at the end of April. Good tees, fairways good, greens very good. Of the 10 courts played on vacation, the bunkers were by far the best to play.
In the week 40, - € green fee. With coupon 2 for 1 and Cart we paid 75, - € and played a great relaxed 18-hole round. Reception very friendly, little operation in the square. We will gladly come again.

The location is really unique, so to speak pure Tuscany. Was a real visual enjoyment to play here. Due to the many inclines 9 holes were enough and exciting enough. The restaurant is recommended.

9-hole course at its finest
5.0 of 5 starsReviewed May 25, 2017
The place is very beautiful laid out, it is always something up and down.
It has nearly 6000m, with 6 par-3 holes (at 18-hole, with partly different discounts). Is long and very good to play. Some precision is sometimes helpful, as well as a bird sieve at three, four holes.
From the slopes, he plays like a pre-Alps place.
The greens and tees were excellently maintained, I have played the place in the middle of May.
And all this at 40.- € greenfee during the week.
The restaurant is very nice with nice view, prices normal and delicious.
Definitely worth a visit.

No golf pleasure
2.0 of 5 starsReviewed October 4, 2015
So I can not understand the positive reviews so far. I have played the course on a beautiful late summer day, but really fun is never arisen in spite of optimal weather. It starts with the location and the layout of the left and right on the slopes of a small valley. If you are looking for the ideal site for a golf course targeted, would there search pretty much last.
Due to the layout it has almost always slopes and hardly just preferred balls, and jump to the balls due to the slopes often away from faiway into the rough. In addition, there indeed neatly mowed, but relatively neglected and bumpy fairways. The Greens, however, were quite good and on track. Overall, however, absolutely no golf pleasure!
As a highlight, I keep the dogleg of the 7th long path in a positive memory. Worth mentioning: Some paths may be varied inversely with which you can turn on the 9-hole course two different rounds due to two tee boxes of par 4 on Par 5 or.
If I had the space could not abgewinnen lot of positives, so you have but to highlight the friendliness of the staff and the good, reasonably priced food. That was sehrt exemplary.

Holiday
5.0 of 5 starsReviewed June 21, 2011
The 9-hole course is long and challenging. Hardly ever the ball is flat. The golf here is an experience because the space was added harmoniously to both sides of a beautiful Tuscan valley. Our own white and red wine (or tea Rough) Fattoria complete the golf experience. Not unanstrengend but extremely rewarding!

Great 9-hole course
4.0 of 5 starsReviewed September 7, 2010
A long 9-hole course, where you can overlook from any place all holes. It thus offers a great panorama. Beautiful well-maintained long holes - a challenge for all handicaps. You will notice this is the place in private ownership. It has a very friendly and familiar atmosphere. Great food after the round. We did like the place very well (although we otherwise reluctant to play 9-hole courses) - we went to play again even 2 days later. Since the place is fairly new, was also pleasantly empty (August 2010). An absolute recommendation...
