Horrible Glenvista Country Club

I recently played at Glenvista Country Club with a booking from Playmore Golf. I have never had such appalling service and treatment. After going to the proshop I proceeded to the 10th tee where to start my round as per my booking. I looked for the starter Marshall who was nowhere to be found. After 20mins of allowing people to turn, he shows up and tells me to go to the 1st tee where the line is extremely long and its 20mins after my booked tee time. Obviously i refused to stand in a long line after 20mins of waiting and with booking in hand showing 10th tee. Long story short, i ended up back at the proshop to complain where i was told by a gentleman named 'Leon' that i can do what tbe F%%% I like and i should leave. The lady - not sure of her name - tried to resolve the situation this after Leon pushed/shoved me and told me to leave. I am seriously considering laying a charge of assualt as i dont appreciate him laying his hands on me.
I had previously played there several times with no issues. I was unpleasantly surprised this time.
I am a member at Southdowns Golf Club and was considering joining Glenvista next year as its a bit closer to my home, but im glad i experienced this before i paid to be part of a club that does not value its clients.
After this i dont think I'll ever play there again and dont recommend it to anyone. Avoid GCC at all cost.

Played the course on Boxing Day and received a special offer. Very friendly reception and pro shop. The course is interesting, has lots of water and impressive holes. On hole 10 you have to carry 140m over the water.
Members are very friendly. It's really a tip.
