Boys road trip to Poland 2/4 Let me share my review as part of my vacation with my son.
Not sure how to start this review, I have to consume it a bit, however I still feel pain some disappointment. I put this one in my itinerary over Tokary, course I believed it will be one of the best, but it was not.
Seem to me that course is going through some difficult times, not sure if its is Postolowo or Gdansk Golf and country club. They are even 2 buildings which look like clubhouse, anyway. Great location, nice and quiet, great landscape. Everything is so close, like practice greens and driving. But toilet where I could not even close the door was horrible, it looked like joke. Even bigger joke was that I was informed that there is green aerification and sending on front nine, and there were no info about it on website. Yes they told me before the game, but they should close it and let people play only back nine and not charge full price for it, which is a bit unpolite. Anyway I choose to play and I pay cause I want to see the course.
Its long course and its very challenging, many long accurate shots needed. I lost 2 balls there in water, but that happen even the best of us :D. If I compare front and back nine, despite the renovation I have to say I liked back nine better. Both ending holes 9 and 18th are very nice. However I would say signature one for me is 17th green. I would normally give more stars but not this time and reason was already mentioned, anyway its worth to visit and play.
One last con, was that the restaurant was open from 12 and we finish at 11:30 and did not wanted to have sandwich only and left. Nevertheless thanks for hospitality.

I can fully share the rating from 2018. Quiet, lots of nature, challenging and beautiful.
This fall the fairways had some weaknesses, but overall they were very well maintained. The greens are great, large, fast and partly well modeled. Almost all of them are very well defended by bunkers, usually with soft sand and sometimes with a bunker edge of 1.5 m high.
Starting the notice on blue (yellow for HCP 9 and better) is highly recommended.
Many ponds are integrated and a smaller lake is surrounded, where the psychological water is heavily involved.
The information about the courses is carved on stones, looks valuable, but unfortunately sometimes it's hard to see, but modern technology (golf watch) helps. Next Tee is sometimes confusing, but the completely paved cart path around all the holes helps with orientation.
On Friday we felt almost alone on the pitch, on Saturday there was a bit more life with a smaller tournament ahead of us. The first reservation through our accommodation was problem-free as well as the continuation today. Unfortunately there was no restoration in the clubhouse
Green fee was officially PLN 590 for 18 holes (that would be significantly overpriced), but there was a promotion (50%) on both days, so the two of us played for that price (around €130). That was fair and extremely appropriate.
Anyone in the region should treat themselves to the experience!

The place can be reached in about 3/4 hour from Gdansk / Danzig and Sopot.
Best on the A1 motorway until shortly to the first toll booth. The other half of the route is largely straight on the country road. But speed limit 70 km ph pay attention. The place is incredibly varied. Super maintained with Bentgrass. Excellent greenkeeping. But important is to avoid the roughs. The most important thing is to look at the score card right away: with handicap 9 of blue. Then the place for bigger handicaps is still difficult but fair. It is unfortunate in some places, the lack of signs where to orient. The fairways are well maintained and the greens absolutely loyal in driving the hole. That is fun. Noteworthy is the tranquility that radiates this place. No roads or aircraft noise, pure nature. Parts have reminded me of the Schlossplatz in Fleesensee because the landscape in Mc Pomm is similar to the Pomeranian landscape. Overall, a very varied round. Clubhouse OK but with the small service problems that sometimes have to be overlooked in Poland. Hotel tip in Sopot: Hotel Sopot, relatively new 4 * hotel with appealing design and great breakfast buffet. The kitchen in the evening has a high level. Restaurant Tip in Sopot: "Cyrano & Roxanne" and "Entre Ville" two French-influenced addresses the former down to earth with a German-speaking boss the other rather lifted with live music on the piano. Both with great wine list.

We played the course today for the first time. The greens were neat and quick, the fairways seem not mowed for some time. Today some fairways were aerifiziert. However, this did not lead to a green fee reduction (200 zloty are compared with aderen places in Poland upper area). The place is nicely landscaped area, well fitted into the natural, but extremely difficult to play, because man must be angry without any information about history and always train newly emerging, previously hidden from obstacles.
