What a golf course!!!

First: it's a real 18-hole and a brutal difficult championship golf course. masterfully designed into a fantastic narrow canyon-landscape. you play in and on top of the canyon, or over it, or down and up. it's a mountain course, walkable but with a non electric pull cart on the tough site.
Almost no bunkers, but you will not miss them – plenty to sweat without them. the fairways are VERY narrow, no rough on the sides. you stay on the fairway or your ball is lost in the rock-sand-bush desert. greens are undulated and not very easy to play and often very small.
Rated with the view of golf-SPORT it's worth 5* (fantastic). you need to be a good golfer (handicap 20 and below) to be happy on this course. beginners and high handicappers will be frustrated. example: hole 17 is a par 3,180m. a shot over a deep canyon, the green is max 20m Ø, no room left and right and back and none at all in the front – hit it or forget it.
The rating allover of 4,5* would be fair. the problem is the harsh climate. call and ask about the condition on fairways and greens. they are not always perfect - depending on water and harsh winters.
But for 24$ you get a full load of golf. i have seen a lot, but i will never forget this course. never!
