Beautiful parkland course directly on the lake

I played the golf course on June 10th, 2024. Very nice parkland course, varied and challenging. Several doglegs, e.g. holes 1,3, 4 and 9, make the game interesting. At hole 6, they also came up with something ingenious with the stone wall in the middle of the fairway. Some fairways are quite narrow, which requires precise play. Some holes run directly along the water or the greens are surrounded by water (holes 1,2, 3,4 and 16). Hole 16 with an elevated tee and a view of the lake is definitely worth seeing.
The fairways and greens were not in such good condition, but playable.
The restaurant offers lunch every day, good and at very reasonable prices.
All employees, both at the reception and in the catering area, were very friendly; some of them even spoke German.

Very beautiful country park with many oak trees and water hazards again and again. Some sensationally designed tees and greens along the lake. The greens were in excellent condition, the fairways unfortunately completely dried up, which didn't make the game easy. Extensive irrigation is planned.
However, the parking space with pitches directly on the lake and facilities like on a campsite gets 5 stars. However, the course is 800m from the clubhouse between hole 4 and 5, resp. 16 and 17

Already played many places but here everything is just right! Layout of the tracks, care condition, hospitality and environment. Perfect and unobtrusive. I've played many, very well-known, hip and beautiful places and I've enjoyed them a lot, but this is the most beautiful for me personally! Please drive if possible and check it yourself! Sweden has plenty of great places and this is certainly one of them. Perfect for Womo, right on the lake in the middle of the square.
