Situated on the cliff top above Budleigh Salterton, at the western end of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, East Devon Golf Club commands magnificent views along the coast. East Devon is regarded by many as one of the finest courses in the South West of England and is well reviewed in the top 100 courses in the British Isles. At 6231 yards it is not long but offers a fair and interesting test that requires accurate shot-making in order to score well.

Good and inexpensive.

The place is beautifully located above the sea near Exeter. Many fairways you can see the sea. The place is not easy to play a lot of long par 4 upwards. The fairways are good, the Greens top but extremely hard. Who's right on Green plays his ball finds certainly no longer there. Caution, not to be discourage by the fairways 1 + 2 that are really lousy. 3-18 but are top.
