Characteristics
Set upon the historic grounds of the former Drayton Manor estate, this club offers a classic parkland experience designed by the legendary James Braid. Although founded in 1897, the current layout dates to the 1930s and features flat, tree-lined fairways that reward precision over power. Notable for its excellent drainage and USGA-standard greens, the course remains playable year-round. The experience is completed by a distinctive 1936 Art Deco clubhouse, where golfers can enjoy panoramic views and a relaxed dining atmosphere.
