First, the positives: the course boasts a beautiful clubhouse and impeccable catering. We received a very friendly welcome at the reception and were treated to a special rate. The €63 green fee, including a meal after the round, is fantastic. According to the club website, the standard green fee for non-Slovene players is €105, which would be simply too expensive for this course. The relatively large greens are also very positive; they hold their course and are not too fast.
I didn't particularly like the first nine holes. The fairways were extremely wet, the bunkers were full of water, and the tee boxes were okay. Isn't there any mowing on Sunday?
Fairways unfortunately have a lot of weeds (meadow-like), rough is relatively high, according to one member it is even higher in summer (??).
I liked the layout of the back nine better; the fairways were drier and the bunkers were better.
Course maintenance is poor, but perhaps it is better in summer.
It's quite a long way from the 18th green to the clubhouse.
I hope that next time we visit, there won't be any more copied scorecards on cheap pieces of paper, so that the club doesn't just advertise its clubhouse!

The reception was very friendly, and the tee time reservation via email worked perfectly. The first nine are relatively flat and "easy" to play. The fairways are often narrowed by tall grass, which sometimes requires precise shots. The greens were in SUPER condition.
The second nine are a constant uphill and downhill... very strenuous in the summer and the layout no longer corresponds to the first nine.
The clubhouse is highly recommended both visually and culinarily.
The driving range and the sand bunkers were negative. The DR consists only of completely worn-out tee mats and ancient range balls!
The “sand bunkers” were probably washed out because of the rain and there was no sand to be seen… but that is probably normal.
Conclusion: definitely worth a visit and the high green fee is obviously due to the proximity to the capital.

The tracks wind nice and relatively flat through the typical Slovenian landscape! Just 4 stars, great restaurant after the round.

A new golf course in modern design. Very well maintained complex with top clubhouse, driving range and restaurant. Large, fast greens and wide Fairays.
