Situated at the gateway to the Gower Peninsula, Clyne Golf Club offers a historic golfing experience on a classic moorland layout. Designed by the legendary architect Harry Colt and established in 1921, the course utilizes the natural undulating terrain of Clyne Common to challenge golfers of all abilities. Players are treated to spectacular 360-degree views, stretching from the Black Mountains to the Mumbles and the Bristol Channel. Renowned for its connection to the Alliss family—Percy was the first professional and Peter listed it among his top courses—the club combines tradition with quality. Facilities include extensive practice areas, a clubhouse with panoramic vistas, and on-site accommodation at Somerfield Lodge.

Great views and many horses

Situated on a hill surrounded by a moorland. Built in altitude have to be managed. Horses and sheep are allowed to move freely on the entire system, but the greens are surrounded with electric fence. Course strongly resembles a links course. Good quality place
