Must for golfers

Went as walk-in as nobody picks up the phone or answers email.
Played 18 holes in this beautiful course spread across 2 roads. course had lot of blind spots and make sure you take extra balls along with your own tees. first 9 was difficult cpmpared to back nine. lost 2 balls on 9th hole Club rental along with cart and green fees comes to $180 for 18 holes (expensive but worth it) Club equipment rentals were old clubs but ok Grounds are maintained well but some tees are not marked up well.
I played alone and was able to finish my round in 3 hours.
Stopped by 19 th hole to grab a bite.
Overall great fun /course to make your vacation special

Cedar Valley GC July 2019

Was in two minds about playing given other reviews but pleased we did. Yes it’s true the course could benefit from a little investment but it has plenty of Caribbean charm and with some tight driving holes, fabulous views and small greens it was a pleasure to play. As long as you remember you are playing golf at a local Caribbean course and not a hotel country club manufacturer course you will have a good time.

Lack of Aesthetics

Cedar Valley Golf Club needs some major improvements from the Fairways, to the Greens to the Club House.

The Fairways & Greens need more water than they are currently receiving, so that they can take on the resemblance of a good golf course.

In addition, the Club House should be demolished and be replaced with a new structure. In the event that this should happen, careful thought should be given to the friendliness & quality of service provided by the staff in all areas.

Meadow!

The place is unkempt and reminds of a meadow!
The staff in the office is rude and the green fee is not 42 €, but $ 81 (we had our own rackets) !!!
The driving range is open, but there are no balls.
E-mails were not answered in advance!

It's definitely the worst place we've played in the Caribbean.
No recommendation!

Great place with fantastic views

The place is, after you have played it two times, really very liquid to play. Even for players with a high Handycap, it does not represent an insuperable problem. Only the tracks 7 and 9 are a bit confused. The place itself was in good, very well maintained condition. The greens, depending on the time of day, sometimes fast or slow. But Spurtreu.
On a few drops a great view of the sea and St. John's the capital of the small island.
Particularly to be highlighted is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
Unfortunately, the clubhouse (sanitary facilities) does not even comply with European standards. My wife and I were now in Sept./Oct. 2017 on site. The place we had practically for ourselves and from the management we got a very cheap greenfee offer. Who is on the island, should play the place necessarily times. Since we had played with our own cutlery, we can not say to the loaners that they had visually a very well maintained condition.

Golfing almost middle of the jungle

At first surprised us the price that was still lower than the usual in the Caribbean. Clubhouse simple but friendly. The place had interesting holes but no fairway irrigation. You should definitely take this on a golf trip to the Caribbean. It is important to advance an interest over the course of the hole, balls will not find any more outside of the fairways.

Fantastic Golfing in the Caribbean

The splendid 18 hole golf course overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

In November 2013, we have left in peace and serenity of the 18 holes in 3 1/2 hours behind us.

All in perfect order also been lent end clubs from the best!

We enjoyed our holiday and come next year to return!

Adventure

The place offers some great views of the Caribbean Sea makes up for major weaknesses:

- The fairways extremely dry / hard
- The greens very wet and dull
- Clubhouse and infrastructure very, very simple.

We still had a good day of golf.

Small greens and great views

The condition of the place was very mediocre.

The greens were very small and not in good condition.
The fairways bone hard and dusty.
The clubhouse was also very simple.

One is compensated by parts very nice views.
