Scenery is fantastic

Links course with great scenery on the back nine. Arrived late, there was only time for nine holes. The secretary allowed us to play the first two holes and then switch to hole 12 for the ocean-front scenery! Caught a sunny evening with a slight breeze. Great! Blind holes makes it difficult to play for first-timers. Greens were inconsistent but this did not diminish our experience.

Great Place

We vacationed in an apartment on the golf course in June 2018.
The team at the golf club really impressed us, as we had to cancel twice due to the foggy weather and were allowed to start again at tee 1 the next day without any additional green fee costs.
In the wind and not only then a demanding course, because without a birdiebook the course of the course can only be guessed at.
It's worth doing a lap there and then dining in the restaurant.
Well done!

Links Golf

We played the course on 12/09/2016 at extremely windy conditions. That's Links Golf!!
The application was very relaxed because there are no tee times. The office team was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately there was no Birdie Books more, as they were sold out. It was but emofohken to fotigrafieren map in Office, which should prove to be (see below) as helpful.
The first 9 are safe (up to hole 4) is not so exciting, but even here the view is phenomenal. The signs on the individual holes is unfortunately very moderately, but only at the holes 3 and 12 bit annoying, since one without score Saver (Birdie-Book), would have to rely on speculation, where it for now continues. The photo of the site plan has helped at this point! But you want to improve the signage, so we were told after the round at least.
The second 9 or better the last 7 are on the other side of the road again and start with a, even without wind already heavy Par4, which must be played blind valley. Very challenging :-)
All in all, a course that certainly is a hard nut for beginners and players without links experience. But even then the view from the cliff is spectacular! A must if you're in the area!

Not worth the trip!

I do not share the opinion of my "Vorbewerter".
A real golf course is not. Too many blind holes, parallel fairways, tees next to the greens, which were in a miserable condition (laaangsam). If the view is not so nice, I would max. 2 stars!

Sensational views

Very hilly course with great views of the sea. Buggy advisable. Who is in the vicinity, should play this course.

Gulf Coast in Zinnmienenfeld

We have the southernmost golf course in England in May 2012 played. Not far from the tourist highlight "Land's End" this place is right on the sea, in the middle of an area where tin was mined earlier. By almost all paths you have sea views. Everywhere you see the remains of the former Zinnfabriken which give a very nice background for golf course photos. The place looks pretty unimpressive at first and simple, but increases especially on the back 9 a real challenge. It is especially walls, elevation changes, doglegs, including a little rough and narrow fairways and blind strokes to master. The condition was favorable in order, the green fee, so the price performance ratio was right. The lady in the office was friendly, if a little complicated. But since they simultaneously served at the bar, she was probably not as familiar with guest players. A third challenge was to find the Fee, we would not have found without notice of the Greenskeepers well. The signs also to hole 10 could be improved. In general, the 10 Train the challenge. PAR 4, extreme downhill on a narrow road over the sea to. A trip to Land's End can be wonderful here with a round of golf and combine is recommended.
