The Par 71 layout is set against the stunning backdrop of Tara Hill, offering scenic views throughout the round. While the course measures 6,337 yards, it demands accuracy due to mature trees, immaculate greens, and strategic hazards. The 16th hole is particularly picturesque, leading to a challenging finish on the Par 3 18th. I recently played Ballymoney Golf Course in Sep 2009 in glorious weather. Course is not too long but has 3 par 5 s and the index 1 hole is a long par 4 played into the usual wind and i was lucky to make a five! Green fee was 27 euro for weekend play good value. course is very well maintained and the greens are excellent.
Ya I enjoyed it and can recommend it!
