Well maintained, but not the most exciting golf course, whether it be the game or the views. I had a relaxed round though. Partly parkland, partly woodland. More than one fairway is fairly out of the horizontal over the whole length, which makes them tiring to walk.

We (both mid-20s WHCI) have played the course twice and loved it both times. Nature and sport close to nature form a harmonious symbiosis. Despite the wonderful trees, bushes and rhododendrons, the wide and well-maintained fairways forgive a heavy hook or slice.
The daisies on the fairways are sometimes irritating, but this is due to the water protection area. Long hitters will certainly tempt one or the other "shortcut". Well-placed bunkers and water hazards always demand attention, the right choice of club and precise play. Well chilled drinks and a delicious snack in the clubhouse were our reward after the rounds. The friendly and competent ladies in the secretariat complete our very positive assessment.

We were greeted very nicely in the club (secretary's office) on a Sunday afternoon and were able to start very easily as a couple. Despite the heavy rain the day before, the course was very easy to play on. We found a very well-kept parkland course in front of which we had a lot of fun on all 18 lanes. The fairways are usually wide and forgive even a small slice or... The greens could have been a bit faster in my opinion but were easy to play.
The subsequent beer and a perfectly delicious meal was then served in the excellent gastro.
We will be back definitely!
