Athenry Golf Club offers a distinctive blend of parkland and heathland styles, situated on a limestone base that ensures exceptional drainage and top playing conditions all year round. Located just outside Galway in Oranmore, the course is set against a scenic backdrop of mature forests providing a tranquil atmosphere. Designed with the touch of renowned architect Eddie Hackett, the 18-hole Par 70 layout features flat, easy-walking terrain interspersed with strategic hazards. The signature 12th hole and the demanding 7th are particular highlights.
