Characteristics
The golf course is situated in the middle of a nature preserve Wiehengebirge in the Teutoburg Forest, surrounded by picturesque woods and widespread fields. The design follows with its broad fairways the natural features of the landscape. Several parts of the holes resemble an English park landscape and alternate with parts that give off the impression of a Scottish links course. Brooks, pools and biotopes increase the attraction of the course.

We've been coming to Artland Golf Club regularly in May for five years. We do this because we love it so much. This year, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this gem again. The course was in sensational condition, the layout is stunning. Nothing is repetitive; every single hole is special, and there are plenty of risk-reward holes. I can wholeheartedly recommend this course. Furthermore, the entire team, including the management, office, and catering staff, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. All the club members we met were open and welcoming. A trip to Artland is definitely worth it!

We were warmly welcomed on the phone and the electricity was turned on for our late arrival on the evening before the round of golf. The very clean new sanitary block is open 24/7. When we got to the restaurant, the kitchen was actually already tidy, BUT we were still attentively pampered by both the service and the cooking - such personal commitment and identification with the club are absolutely extraordinary! The whole atmosphere in this club is extremely harmonious and hospitable. Oh yes - the round of golf was fun, the course, perfectly landscaped and well maintained, invites you to enjoy golfing and then after the round of golf you can have a spontaneous, pleasant chat with members on the terrace - that's how golfing (with a motorhome) simply makes you want to play here's to more - thank you!

Played in June 2023 (HCP Boggygolf). The secretariat gave us a friendly welcome and briefed us. A small pro shop is also available there. We drove with a cart that was up to date (monitor with fairways). The place is beautifully embedded in the forest, has flat and tracks that go up and down, all in all very varied and not boring. Neuralgic spots are marked in red, which is good for the flow of the game. The course is well maintained and offers all HCP classes an exciting round. The gastronomy with terrace is very inviting, we liked it. There are even six charging points for charging e-cars in the parking lot. Everything is great here, we'd love to come back.
