Established in 1982 and extended to a full 18-hole layout in 1992, the course is defined by its scenic parkland setting and magnificent views of the Bennachie Range. The terrain is notably flat and easy-walking, making it accessible for all ages, yet the course remains a stern test of precision. While not excessively long, the tree-lined fairways and subtle greens demand accuracy over raw power. Highlights include the 16th hole, a tricky short par-3 surrounded by water, and the demanding 18th that finishes in front of the clubhouse, where visitors can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and local hospitality.
