Un soggiorno piacevole con margini di miglioramento

Il personale è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile. Gli alloggi erano arredati in modo piuttosto lussuoso (diverse opzioni per regolare l'intensità delle luci, TV con Netflix e YouTube, un ampio bagno con doccia a pioggia, una cassaforte spaziosa, un bollitore e una macchina Nespresso). Il trasferimento al campo da golf è stato organizzato immediatamente dopo una telefonata. Tuttavia, consigliamo comunque di noleggiare un'auto data la posizione isolata del resort.
Il cibo era di altissima qualità. La colazione non lasciava nulla a desiderare e la cena era à la carte. L'unico inconveniente era la scelta molto limitata (3 opzioni di carne/salsiccia, 3 di pesce, 2 vegetariane), che si è rapidamente trasformata in una ripetizione durante un soggiorno di una settimana. Inoltre, le dichiarazioni del personale su cosa fosse incluso nella mezza pensione e cosa dovesse essere pagato a parte erano contraddittorie quasi ogni sera. La scelta era sempre un antipasto, un piatto principale e un dessert. Era possibile scegliere anche i contorni; questi erano inclusi in alcuni giorni e addebitati a parte in altri.
La pulizia della camera è avvenuta nel tardo pomeriggio (ben dopo le 16:00).
Il campo da golf era in condizioni impeccabili, i green molto precisi e veloci. A novembre non era troppo affollato, quindi siamo riusciti persino a giocare prima del tee time prenotato. Quella settimana avevamo davanti a noi solo un gruppo lento, ma ci hanno fatto passare velocemente. Il personale è molto rilassato e disponibile; riprogrammare i tee time (giorni) a causa del meteo non è stato assolutamente un problema. I fairway sono piuttosto stretti in alcuni punti e le buche sono ravvicinate, quindi è consigliabile lasciare che i giocatori della buca adiacente giochino prima del proprio colpo (le buche 5 e 6, le buche 7 e 4, e un tee shot che vira a sinistra sulla 16 può persino atterrare sul tee box della 17). Ci siamo divertiti moltissimo.
La club house è chiusa il lunedì, ma negli altri giorni troverete personale cordiale e un menù completo con spuntini (economici) e molto gustosi. La vista sulle buche 10 e 18 e sull'Oceano Atlantico è mozzafiato.
Nel complesso, abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno. La prossima volta, preferiremmo una pulizia anticipata della camera al momento del check-in, poiché le 16:30 o più tardi sono semplicemente troppo tardi. Inoltre, noleggeremmo di nuovo un'auto e mangeremmo fuori, poiché le opzioni per la cena sono piuttosto limitate.

How do I book my trip online?
After you have received an offer, which you like, please click on the orange button "Book now". Then fill out the short questionnaire (regarding information about travellers and tee times) and send the form. After receiving your booking, we will verify the availability of the hotel. Once your stay is confirmed by the hotel (usually within one working day), you will receive our confirmation email together with an invoice for the amount due. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by standard bank transfer. In case the hotel is not available for the requested booking period, your booking will be cancelled without any charge, and you will be informed immediately.
How can I pay for my trip?
The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer. In the our email with your invoice you will find the link to the online payment system as well as the invoice in PDF format with our bank details.
By when do I have to pay for my trip and how much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20 percent and is due immediately. The balance is due four weeks prior departure.
How can I redeem my discount code?
You can enter the discount code from the Albrecht Golf Guide in the booking form. Alternatively, please send us your discount code by email to travel@albrecht.de, after the booking has been confirmed.
Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
