Nella falesia di Kap Kaliakra, incorniciato dall’azzurro del Mar Nero risplende come un gioiello il Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort, nominato nella IGTM come "Undiscovered Destination of the Year”. È un resort nel vero senso della parola. L’individualità è la carta vincente: ciò vale sia per le sistemazioni che per il golf.
Su 164 ettari di un terreno pittoresco sulla costa bulgara settentrionale, a pochi minuti di viaggio dagli aeroporti di Varna e Burgas si trovano sull’area del resort il Marina Village con le sue 64 suites e l’Hillside-Village con 87 suites ed appartamenti. I villaggi hanno al loro interno piazze e ristoranti così come la reception del resort, una grande Spa ed un centro fitness.
Nella falesia di Kap Kaliakra "The Black Knight” Gary Player ha ideato un campo da golf del quale lui stesso dice, essere il percorso più spettacolare da lui creato e che può essere comparato con il leggendario Pebble Beach in California. Sul campo si crea un’atmosfera unica, specialmente nelle ore serali, dove un punto luce particolare illumina i Fairways e i Green ondulati.

Campo da golf unico "in cui avresti dovuto giocare almeno una volta", ma il resort ha notevoli potenzialità di miglioramento

Thracian Cliffs è un campo eccezionale e molto impegnativo (non siamo riusciti a colpire nessuno senza perdere la palla) che tutti dovrebbero assolutamente provare almeno una volta nella vita. Percorsi estremamente interessanti con viste mozzafiato. Il posto merita una visita. Anche gli altri due campi, Lighthouse e BlackSea Rama, sono bellissimi, anche se piuttosto "ordinari", senza buche degne di nota. Chi pensa di trovarsi in una meta turistica economica si sbaglia quando si tratta di golf e resort. Solo i servizi navetta gratuiti all'interno del resort sono rapidi e cordiali. Le tariffe green fee, se non incluse nel pacchetto, sono di 85-95 €, escluso il carrello (5 €) o il cart (40-50 €, anche se praticamente nessuno gioca a Thracian senza un cart, a causa delle distanze molto lunghe e dei dislivelli). Al Thracian Cliffs Resort, l'attenzione al cliente (a parte l'eccellente spa) è molto limitata e pensata principalmente per spillare soldi dalle tasche degli ospiti in loco. Non viene fornito un numero di taxi e i prezzi del resort sono talvolta estremamente alti (birra 7 €, ristorante Geti facilmente >> 50 € a persona), quindi vale la pena chiedere il numero di telefono a un tassista. Anche in questo caso il viaggio di andata e ritorno dal resort a Balchik costa 40 €. Ma almeno lì si mangia benissimo, si mangia un gelato sul lungomare, si compra la birra al supermercato per il balcone e si paga molto meno per la cena, taxi incluso. Bisogna sapere che la stagione va sostanzialmente da metà giugno a settembre. Prima di allora le piscine non erano affatto aperte e le spiagge erano ancora piuttosto trascurate, con orari di apertura limitati.

Ottimo soggiorno, fantastici campi da golf Thracian Cliffs, Light House e Black Sea Rama, molto belli anche nelle vicinanze.

How do I book my trip online?
After you have received an offer, which you like, please click on the orange button "Book now". Then fill out the short questionnaire (regarding information about travellers and tee times) and send the form. After receiving your booking, we will verify the availability of the hotel. Once your stay is confirmed by the hotel (usually within one working day), you will receive our confirmation email together with an invoice for the amount due. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by standard bank transfer. In case the hotel is not available for the requested booking period, your booking will be cancelled without any charge, and you will be informed immediately.

The deposit is 20 percent and is due immediately. The balance is due four weeks prior departure.
How can I redeem my discount code?
You can enter the discount code from the Albrecht Golf Guide in the booking form. Alternatively, please send us your discount code by email to travel@albrecht.de, after the booking has been confirmed.
Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
