Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la terrazza durante il giorno perché i proprietari non avevano il telecomando per le tende da sole. Anche la nostra richiesta di ombrelloni è stata ignorata dalla direzione dell'hotel. Le discussioni con il direttore sono state deludenti. Il personale, in generale, non si è dimostrato molto disponibile. I ristoranti hanno un'atmosfera fredda e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è scarso.

Vacanza piacevole, campo da golf, soprattutto i green, molto difficili per i dilettanti.

Innanzitutto gli aspetti positivi: l'appartamento era molto confortevole e spazioso, pulito e ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio.
Ciò che questa volta non ci è piaciuto è stato il fatto di dover prenotare anche la colazione; noi affittiamo sempre appartamenti perché al mattino ci piace la pace e la tranquillità, prendiamo un caffè ma non facciamo colazione.
Anche sul campo da golf le cose sono cambiate: ora è consentito accedere al driving range solo 40 minuti prima dell'orario di partenza e, sfortunatamente, l'area in cui è possibile esercitarsi con il chipping o il pitching è riservata alle lezioni e non è consentito accedervi in alcun modo.
Altrimenti ci siamo sentiti molto bene e probabilmente prenoteremmo di nuovo l'offerta senza colazione.

È un peccato che, con un tee time prenotato, il campo pratica sia disponibile solo per 40 minuti, un'ora prima dell'orario di partenza. Inoltre, non è consentito iniziare a giocare dopo le 14:00, anche se si vogliono giocare solo 9 buche e c'è ancora bel tempo fino alle 18:00.
L'alloggio e il personale dell'hotel sono di prim'ordine!

How do I book my trip online?
After you have received an offer, which you like, please click on the orange button "Book now". Then fill out the short questionnaire (regarding information about travellers and tee times) and send the form. After receiving your booking, we will verify the availability of the hotel. Once your stay is confirmed by the hotel (usually within one working day), you will receive our confirmation email together with an invoice for the amount due. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by standard bank transfer. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer. In the our email with your invoice you will find the link to the online payment system as well as the invoice in PDF format with our bank details.
By when do I have to pay for my trip and how much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20 percent and is due immediately. The balance is due four weeks prior departure.
How can I redeem my discount code?
You can enter the discount code from the Albrecht Golf Guide in the booking form. Alternatively, please send us your discount code by email to [email protected], after the booking has been confirmed.
Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
