Il campo Buena Vista offre il panorama migliore di Tenerife ed era in buone condizioni a febbraio 2025. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio all'Hacienda del Conde. La mezza pensione è stata servita a buffet e il livello è stato molto alto. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. È possibile usufruire del servizio navetta dell'hotel per raggiungere il campo da golf Buenavista, che dista circa 400 metri, oppure arrivarci facilmente a piedi. Considerata la posizione dell'hotel, è sicuramente consigliabile noleggiare un'auto.

Complesso alberghiero, camere, campo da golf bellissimi, ottima scelta di cibo, cibo caldo precotto non di nostro gusto, ma nel complesso molto, molto bello! È possibile giocare sul campo tutti i giorni, è molto vario. Una volta ho giocato a Las Americas, era noioso, c'era molto rumore del traffico e c'era un forte sviluppo edilizio.

Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato per 9 notti in una junior suite al piano terra. Molto buio e dall'odore stantio, il che non sorprende visti i mobili scuri degli anni '80. Nessuna vista perché è al piano terra. Quando abbiamo chiesto una stanza diversa abbiamo ricevuto una risposta laconica: Siamo al completo! Non consideriamo questo un servizio degno di un hotel a 5 stelle.
Il complesso in sé è situato in una posizione magnifica, con numerose scale. Ampia piscina, numerosi lettini e una bella palestra.
Ma: la sala da pranzo è decisamente troppo stretta e quindi scomoda: 4 tavoli uno accanto all'altro con passaggi di poco meno di 50 cm. Una conversazione privata era difficilmente possibile. La colazione era molto buona, la cena non valeva le 3 stelle. Gli antipasti erano buoni, tutto il resto era tiepido e orientato verso la cucina britannica.
Dopo aver giocato a golf, ci è piaciuto molto il piccolo angolo caffè con torte e pasticcini (inclusi).

How do I book my trip online?
After you have received an offer, which you like, please click on the orange button "Book now". Then fill out the short questionnaire (regarding information about travellers and tee times) and send the form. After receiving your booking, we will verify the availability of the hotel. Once your stay is confirmed by the hotel (usually within one working day), you will receive our confirmation email together with an invoice for the amount due. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by standard bank transfer. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer. In the our email with your invoice you will find the link to the online payment system as well as the invoice in PDF format with our bank details.
By when do I have to pay for my trip and how much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20 percent and is due immediately. The balance is due four weeks prior departure.
How can I redeem my discount code?
You can enter the discount code from the Albrecht Golf Guide in the booking form. Alternatively, please send us your discount code by email to travel@albrecht.de, after the booking has been confirmed.
Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
